IFB-0041-2017 - 2017 Concrete Pavement Repairs S Broadway and E Arapahoe Road

This work consists of the removal and replacement of concrete panels and other salient features at the intersection of S. Broadway and E. Arapahoe Road. Work will occur on both NB and SB S. Broadway and EB E. Arapahoe Road.  The process will be to remove the concrete panels identified full depth, replace unsuitable subgrade material (as determined by the Engineer), and then pour back the concrete panels with a high-early concrete mix.  Some damaged sections of adjacent curb and gutter will also be removed and replaced. Due to the traffic and impact on adjacent businesses, the proposed work will be performed at night. 
 
In addition to the work described above, there is a Bid Alternate which may be awarded depending on available budget and attractiveness of proposals received.  This work consists of the removal and reconstruction of adjacent driveway approaches, sidewalk, and curb ramp to current standards adjacent to the concrete panel repair project.
