Complete roof replacement at the Littleton Museum Collections Building, located at 6017 South Gallup Street, as a result of hail damage that occurred in 2016. Work is to include the replacement of the canopy roof section over the front entrace, which is situated at a different level than main section of the roof. Roof must be fully installed and pass all inspcections by no later than June 23, 2016. We must receive the final invoice no later than June 30, 2018 for payment by CIRSA.
