2018 RFP for Evaluation of the Cost of Services and Fee Structure Associated with Development Review - The City of Littleton is requesting proposals for an experienced and qualified consultant to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the City’s cost of services and fee structure for development review provided by City staff and consultants. The project will include a review of both planning and engineering and to assist in market comparisons for the City’s current and proposed fee structure.  Development review services are provided through the Community Development, Public Works, and Fire Departments. Building permit activity is handled through the City’s one-stop location by the Building Division within Community Development.  This project will include a cost of services assessment for development review across the entire organization. Building permit services are not included in this project.
