Project completion date of Schedule 1 by no later than June 1, 2019 and may elect to complete Schedule 2 at a concurrent time. The contractor may also elect to begin Schedule 2 on or after September 2, 2019, and shall be completed no later than October 31, 2019. The Contractor shall start the project any time in April or May of 2019, weather permitting, within ten (10) days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed as long as the completion date is achieved.
