IFB-0003-2020 - 2020 Miscellaneous Concrete Project - City Project No. 20-05

The 2020 Miscellaneous Concrete Project consists of the removal of approximately 3,500 square yards of concrete, 1,550 square yards of asphalt and installation of approximately 2,500 square yards of monolithic curb gutter sidewalk, curb ramps, pans, aprons, 1,900 linear feet of curb and gutter. An alternate bid schedule including the removal of approximately 2,100 square yards of concrete, 850 square yards of asphalt and installation of approximately 2,100 square yards of monolithic curb gutter sidewalk, curb ramps, pans, aprons may be added to the scope of work. Work will also involve associated traffic control, landscape restoration, erosion control, and construction surveying. The scope of work will be on various local and collector streets located throughout the City of Littleton, Colorado.
