HM-IFB-0000000111-2017 - 2021 Surface Sealing Project - City Project No. 21-02

The City of Littleton Public Works is concentrating on maintaining and preserving the condition of
existing roadway infrastructure throughout the City. This project consists of furnishing all labor,
materials, and equipment necessary to complete in place the application of emulsified asphalt and
aggregate cover coat to those streets listed on the
Location Schedule.
It is anticipated that is will require approximately 102,000 SY of Slurry Seal, Type
II. Additionally, there will be approximately 3,250 SY of partial-depth (2") HMA patching on the
Slurry Seal work areas. Patches range in size from 1 SY to 220 SY, with a median range of 5 SY to
30 SY. Other anticipated work includes temporary traffic control, cleaning
of manholes and valves, and removal of existing pavement markings.
