Summary of Specifications:
The proposed “FIRE STATION 11 RENOVATIONS” shall consist of four projects: Project “A” - Truck Room Building Addition,Project “B” - Dorm Room Remodel, Project “C” – Energy Efficient Interior Lighting Upgrades,Project “D” – Multiple Bathroom Remodels. All work will take place at the fire station at 2255 West Berry Avenue in the City of Littleton. Fire Station #11 provides fire and emergency medical response capabilities to the residents of the service area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The fire station was constructed in 1981 and was designed to house an assortment of fire apparatus and equipment, office space and living space for Littleton Fire Rescue. Fire Station #11 must remain fully operational at all times during construction. The Contractor will be required to complete work in phases to reduce the impact on the operation of the station.
