Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit responses from qualified vendors for a contract to purchase Human Resources—Staff Recruiting Software and Services to meet the needs of the City of Littleton. Objectives Include the Following: 1.) Clearly define and document the process and system requirements for the human resources recruiting function to efficiently and effectively manage the talent acquisition process. 2.) Identify recruiting applications that can meet the needs of the human resources recruiting function today and over the next three years. 3.) Evaluate and determine the approximate cost and time required to enable each application to meet the needs of the human resources recruiting function today and over the next three years.
