ARC Integrated Program Management, Inc. (ARC) has been hired by the City of Littleton (CoL) to select the most qualified contractor for the New Addition & Renovation Project in Littleton, Colorado. Your company is being considered as one of a number of firms to be the general contractor for both preconstruction and construction. The selection process will consist of this Request for Qualifications, followed by a Request for Proposal to include a design development cost estimate & preliminary construction schedule, and culminating in oral interviews. The selection of the successful firm by the City Council is anticipated to occur on or before February 2nd, 2010. For the purposes of responding to the informational request below, assume the Project will be constructed in three consecutive phases (see Schematic Design Package for more info): • Phase 1 – New 64 Space Parking Area • Phase 2 – New 14,250sf Addition • Phase 3 – 6,800sf Renovation
Phase 1 is scheduled to break ground in late spring/early summer 2010.
