IFB-0015-2011 - Littleton Center Roof Replacement Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Littleton is replacing the roof/sections of the roof atop the Littleton Center. The existing roofing system is a Dura-Last system. The roof is divided into eight (8) sections of varying sizes. Due to budget constraints the City is requesting that interested contractors submit bids for all Eight (8) sections to be replaced independently as well as a price for the entire project, as pricing will affect the scope of work in part or as a whole. The Building Maintenance Supervisor will prioritize the order of sections to be roofed in respect to the severity of need and project cost. Additionally, the selected contractor will have the opportunity to complete additional sections of the roof in 2012 as approved budgetary funds are allocated.
