The City of Lone Tree is currently looking for Project Management services to coordinate and manage the Lone Tree Link. The City of Lone Tree (pop: 11,385) is a modern, politically-stable, business-friendly, and family-oriented city. It is ideally located at the junction of highways C/E-470 and I-25 and the end of the E and F lines of the RTD Light Rail system in the south Denver metro area in Colorado. Located in South Metro Denver, Lone Tree is ideally located just 15 miles south of Downtown Denver. What is the Lone Tree Link? The Link is a free shuttle service provided by a collaborative public-private partnership of six Lone Tree organizations that are working together to create a vibrant and healthy community. This unique partnership is an example of ways the community of Lone Tree works together to make strategic investments that benefit our economy and contribute to our high quality of life. More information on the service can be found at http://www.lonetreelink.com/ Project Management Services Requested: • Coordinate and manage operations, marketing, and other vendors effectively for quality control and performance, and to provide the best possible rider experience every day; • Collaborate with City, our partners, vendors, and internal and external teams to develop and execute a long-term plan for sustaining the service until at least 2019; • Act as communication conduit between business partners, providing timely, accurate information and reports to decision makers; • Builds relationships effectively; • Work with our partners to analyze current and future needs and offer solutions to meet them as effectively as possible with available resourcing, business objectives, and marketing strategy; • Continuously solicit, analyze, and respond in timely fashion to rider feedback on service; • Develop and communicate project requirements and objectives so that goals are met in an efficient and effective manner; • Develop timelines, processes and workflow to produce assets required to effectively market and operate the Link; • Create, execute and revise project work plans; • Communicate expectations, progress and results; and • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Length of Contract – Initial engagement would be May 2015 through September 2015 with possible annual renewals through 2019.
