Summary of Specifications:
The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining landscaping at selected city sites located in the City of Lone Tree. In general, items to be maintained include lawn, trees, shrubs, perennials and irrigation system.
During the term of this agreement, Contractor, agrees to furnish for the City of Lone Tree, all labor, tools, equipment and materials to mow and trim turf and natural grass, lawn fertilization and aeration, weeding, tree and shrub, perennial trimming/care, removal of trash and debris, irrigation start-up and winterization, irrigation repair as needed, and provide miscellaneous maintenance as requested by the Facilities Manager. The Contractor must be able to demonstrate that they possess sufficient tools, equipment, and labor to fulfill the time requirements of this agreement. The Contractor agrees to perform the services based on the following specifications. The project sites are described as follows:
1. Municipal Building, 9220 Kimmer Drive, Lone Tree, Colorado 2. Arts Center, 10075 Commons St Lone Tree, Colorado 3. Civic Center, 8527 Lone Tree Parkway, Lone Tree, Colorado (includes 4. Water Fountain and Landscape Entrance, Yosemite Drive and Lone Tree Parkway (West Side of Yosemite Drive)
