IFB-TT-7011 Concrete Rehab - 2007 Concrete Rehabilitation Projects

Summary of Specifications:
This project includes all materials, equipment, labor and related items necessary to complete work in conformity of the Plans and Specifications. The project consists of providing all material, equipment and labor for the removal and replacement of concrete flatwork and other associated work on various roadways scheduled for rehabilitation. 

The work includes, but is not limited to: removal and replacement of existing concrete and new construction of miscellaneous concrete items including: curbwalk, vertical curb and gutter, 6" thick flatwork, 10" thick flatwork/crosspans, residential and commercial driveways, curb ramps, inlet work, grading, asphalt patchwork and traffic control. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. 

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 9:00 am, January 31, 2007, at the Service Center (address above). The last day for questions is February 2, 2007. If needed, the last addendum will be issued February 5, 2007.
