Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE:This project includes all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the removal and replacement of existing concrete items and the new construction of various concrete items. These include, but are not limited to, curbwalk; curb and gutter; 6” thick flatwork; 10” thick flatwork, pavement and crosspans; driveways; curb ramps with truncated domes; grading; asphalt patching and traffic control. This contract also includes arterial concrete pavement repair work.
Bid Condition:The City of Longmont is seeking qualified CONTRACTORs with applicable experience comparable to the City of Longmont 2013 MISCELLANEOUS CONCRETE REPAIR PROGRAM. The CONTRACTOR, project manager, superintendent and foreman should each have satisfactorily completed at least three projects of similar magnitude and scope in an established residential or commercial neighborhood within the last 5 years. It is mandatory that all CONTRACTORs fully complete the Bid Submittal Documents and provide all materials requested herein. Any CONTRACTOR that fails to comply with this requirement could be considered non-responsive.
