Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE: The work to be performed under this contract includes the cleaning and sealing of cracks in asphalt pavements. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications.

Bid Condition: The City of Longmont is seeking qualified Contractors with applicable experience comparable to the City of Longmont 2014 Crack Seal Projects. The Contractor should have satisfactorily completed at least three crack seals projects and at least one in similar size or larger.
