Description

Summary of Specifications:
The work performed under this Contract includes the rehabilitation of existing streets as well as the installation of new pavement surfaces, subgrades and grading related to improvements at Alaska Avenue. This work includes, but is not limited to, patching of pavement failures, hot mix asphalt leveling course, cold milling, installation of pavement fabric, hot mix asphalt paving, subgrade preparation, grading, shoulder work and street construction. Work is to be completed on those streets listed in Appendix A and/or as directed by the Project Manager.
