IFB-MD-15003 - 2015 Concrete Rehabilitation Projects

Summary of Specifications:
The work performed under this Contract includes the removal and replacement of existing concrete, new construction of miscellaneous concrete items and large scale restoration of irrigation and landscaping at street medians. These items include, but are not limited to, curb walk (Hollywood, Vertical, Mountable & Modified Type C), vertical curb and gutter, 6" thick flatwork, 10" thick flatwork, 10” thick crosspan, driveways, curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, storm drainage inlet boxes, asphalt patching, grading and traffic control. Also included is the restoration of landscape irrigation and sod at the expansion of landscaped street medians. The Contractor should anticipate some variation in the width of the curb walk items. Each Contractor is encouraged to verify the field curb walk width for the locations listed in Appendix A. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications.
