IFB-MD-18090 - 2018 Water Distribution Rehabilitation and Improvements

SCOPE: Work includes all materials, labor, equipment, and related items necessary to complete:
Water Line Replacements which consists of approximately 4000 feet of water main in Baylor Drive and Baylor Way; 1260 feet in Columbia Drive; and 1840 feet of water main in University Drive.
Concrete Replacement which consists of approximately 230 feet of asphalt pavement removal and concrete pavement, curbwalk and driveway installation.
 
BID CONDITIONS: The Contractor shall provide evidence that the Contractor is qualified to perform the Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The Contractor and the Contractor’s on-site representative who has immediate charge shall each have satisfactorily completed the same responsibilities in the last 5 years on at least one water line replacement project with 1000 feet or more of 8-inch or larger water line in residential neighborhoods.  Bidders that fail to meet the qualifications stated above may be considered non-responsive.
