RFP-424005 - 21st & Main Intersection Multimodal Improvement Design Services

Scope:
The City of Longmont is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide engineering services for a study and design to improve pedestrian and bicycle access at the intersection of US-287/Main St. and 21st Ave. Funding for this project includes a combination of state and local funds.

Minimum Qualifications:
The City will only consider proposals from consultants who:

• Are pre-qualified with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT),
• Have at least 5 years of experiences providing transportation design services,
• Have demonstrated experience with Federal Aid Highway Program projects and Local Agency projects, and
• Are assigning a Project Manager to this project who is a Professional Engineering currently licensed in the State of Colorado and has at least 10 years of related experience.
• Can fulfill the contract goal of 5% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
