IFB-PJ-1037 - ASBESTOS ABATEMENT & DEMOLITION SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
As part of the implementation of the County Line Road Project, the house and outbuildings will be demolished. The project requires that the awarded Contractor be certified in asbestos abatement. The asbestos/lead paint mitigation and demolition must be completed by December 30, 2011. The awarded contractor will be expected to supply all required and appropriate materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, services, licenses, fees, permits, etc., required by said documents to complete all divisions of the Work. The City is seeking to contract with Asbestos Abatement Contractor(s) to handle asbestos removal and demolition services on an as needed basis. The contract(s) will be established on a time and materials basis and would be for various City departments. The volume of work for this contract is not known and there is no guarantee that any work will be requested.
