The City of Longmont Power and Communications (LPC) seeks proposals for the purchase of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) System and related products and services.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Vendors may only obtain Attachments II-VI by submitting a Bid Intent via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. Files will only be released to those Vendors who meet the Mandatory Minimum Requirements (Attachment IX). Attachment IX should be completed and submitted in the native Excel format. Vendors should not make alterations to the spreadsheet.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposers must submit a “Bid Intent” on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System prior to April 20, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in order to receive the file release for this project. Once the City receives your Bid Intent and verifies that your company meets the Mandatory Minimum Requirements, you will be emailed a File Release form that must be signed and returned prior to the documents being made available to you. Submission of Bid Intent indicates you plan to provide a proposal in response to the RFP. However, it is not a firm commitment to provide a proposal.

The City will only accept proposals submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System and will not accept hardcopy proposals, or proposals submitted by any other means. If you have questions or need assistance, contact BidNet support.
