SCOPE: The Project includes demolition of the existing park building which houses (2) restrooms, a shelter and a pump room, salvage of the existing pump, electrical and irrigation equipment, construction of a new restroom, shelter, pump building, reinstall of the salvaged equipment along with all new plumbing, mechanical, electrical associated with the new building. The Project also includes associated site work, concrete, drainage, landscape restoration, landscape demolition and installation, ballfield renovations, fencing, site furnishings, concrete ramping & handrails for ADA compliance, signage, and irrigation improvements. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
BID CONDITIONS: Bidders shall have completed a minimum of 3 park projects of similar scope and complexity within the last 5 years. Include this information and referrals as part of the Bidders Qualification Data of the Bid Submittal Document. Bidders that fail to submit this data with their bid may be considered non-responsive.
