Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont traditionally follows a policy that growth will pay its own way to ensure that the cost of development and infrastructure will not be passed on to residents of the community. It has been more than 15 years since the City has updated some of the development impact fees and application fees. The primary purpose of engaging the services of a qualified consultant is to review selected development impacts fees and development application fees and provide recommendations for improvements and/or alternative methodologies and assessment schedules.
