Additional Bidding Instructions

The City will only accept proposals in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System and will not accept proposals submitted via hardcopy, fax, email, or other means.
Submission must include:
• One Original Proposal, identified as "Original", saved as a single .pdf file;
• One additional copy of Attachment A saved in Excel format;
• One Public Viewing Proposal, if desired, identified as "Public Viewing" (see Section III, J for information and restrictions) and saved as a separate single .pdf file.

Late proposals will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the proposal is received in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System no later than the Proposal Due Date and Time.
