Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont (City) requests proposals to conduct building inspection (as an adjunct to the City Building Inspection division) and observation and related services to represent the City during the reconstruction of the aging Twin Peaks Mall located directly east of Hover Street and south of Bent Way. The 60 acre redevelopment will include a “village”-style regional destination for shopping, restaurants and entertainment that has been dubbed the “Village at the Peaks”. Demand for the desired inspection services are expected to continue through December 2015.
