IFB-MD-16031 - Carr Park Restroom and Shelter Project

Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE: The work to be performed under this contract includes the remodeling of an existing restroom and shelter building at Carr Park. The work will require demolition, minor site grading and drainage, concrete, electrical, new roof structure, and building remodel, as indicated on the Drawings. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. . BID CONDITION: Contractor shall have continuously maintained a commercial remodeling business for the past 5 years. Contractor must have successfully completed at least three (3) projects in commercial remodeling of similar scope and complexity within the past 3 years.
