IFB-PJ-7040 - Centennial Pool Landscape

Summary of Specifications:
Centennial Pool has just completed an exterior renovation of its facility during which almost all of the existing landscape was removed and the landscape plan has been designed to enhance the exterior of the facility. The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of the proposed landscape design at Centennial Pool including: preparation of surface areas, installation of drip and irrigation systems, installation of all plant, bedding and screening materials as specified on the drawing. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE and job walk will be held at 9:00 a.m., September 19, 2007, at Centennial Pool, 1201 Alpine Street, Longmont. The last day for questions is September 21, 2007. If needed, the last addendum will be issued September 24, 2007.
