SCOPE:
Work includes all materials, labor, equipment, and related items necessary to complete:
Clover Basin Water Transmission Line Phase I Project consists of furnishing, connecting, installing, and testing approximately 2,160 linear feet of 30-inch potable waterline and appurtenances within a 50-foot wide outlot north of Nelson Road between North 75th Street and Airport Road.
The line connects to an existing 36-inch steel water line just north of Nelson Road; extends north approximately 2,160 feet; removes a piped section of the Clover Basin Ditch; parallels the Peck Ditch and connects to a 12-inch PVC water line south of Lykins Gulch. The project will also include installation of a new air/vacuum valve and vault at an existing butterfly valve within on the existing piping at Nelson Road.
BID CONDITIONS:
The Bidder shall provide evidence that the Bidder is qualified to perform the Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The Contractor and the Contractor’s on-site representative who has immediate charge shall each have satisfactorily completed the same responsibilities on a minimum of two (2) potable water line projects within the last 5 years with at least 2000 feet of 24-inch or larger diameter pipe similar to that detailed in the drawings and specifications.
Bidders that fail to meet the qualifications stated above may be considered non-responsive. See Section 00 73 00 – Supplementary Conditions.
