RFP-VS-14077 - Competitive Pool & Ice Rink Feasibility Study

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility for the City of Longmont to construct and operate a new aquatic and/or indoor ice rink facility. The proposed scope of work will include: collection, review and analysis of the data necessary to assist the Longmont community in determining whether building a new aquatic and ice rink facility(s) is feasible and desired and whether funding options for building the facility are supported. In addition, the study will include a financial analysis of the impact a new aquatics facility(s) may have on the Longmont Recreation Center and Centennial Pool. The Study will outline revenues, cost recovery, operating and maintenance costs to operate the facility(s) once constructed.
