The purpose of this Notice of Intent to Sole Source (ISS) is to announce that the City of Longmont intends to award a procurement without full and open competition pursuant to Longmont Municipal Code 4.12.150(J). Only one specific and responsible source is known to have the ability to provide the required goods or services. This is not a Request for Bids, Quotes or Proposals. Interested parties should review the reasoning for the sole source award, and
respond as outlined in this ISS if the respondent believes it can supply goods or services that conform to the City’s critical requirements.

The purpose of this notice is solely to allow interested parties the opportunity to assert their ability to meet the critical requirements listed. Therefore, no award will be made based on responses to this ISS.
