Description

The City of Longmont is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for custodial cleaning services throughout the City. The contractor(s) selected must provide well-trained staff and equipment to service the cleaning requirements for facilities identified in Exhibit 1, and a pool of trained custodians to backfill temporary and long term openings in buildings that the City’s full time custodians clean.

This is a Best Value Approach ("BVA") RFP, and it should be seen as a unique procurement method. Training to understand and properly apply this BVA method will be presented in the Pre-Proposal Meeting.
