The City intends to use the information gathered in this RFI to determine the best qualified products and specifications for a custom closed-loop network gift card program. The specifications may be incorporated into a separate solicitation (Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, etc.) for a gift card program which best meets the needs of the City and as appropriated in future budgets. There will be no award from the responses to this RFI.
