The City of Longmont (“City”) NextLight division is requesting qualified proposals for the purpose of providing a customer relationship management software system with support and implementation services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications established herein. The city currently does not have a customer relationship management application. Data from several applications will need to be integrated into the customer relationship management software. The implementation and data integration will be for NextLight division initially. There is potential of the customer relationship management software to be integrated into other departments within the City of Longmont.
