RFP-DH-12013 - Customer Survey Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont is seeking proposals from qualified performance measurement and evaluation firms to design and administer a statistically valid customer satisfaction survey to a representative sample of Longmont residents. 

The chosen vendor will be expected to work with city staff to develop a survey based on the baseline questions from previous surveys, mail them to a representative sample of Longmont residents, analyze the results, provide a comprehensive written report and make an in-person presentation of final results to the Longmont City Council. 

The resulting contract will also include a “City Wide Award” meaning that the City may utilize the awarded vendor for like services at established pricing through the term of the contract.
