RFP-DH-7526 Downtown Mixed Use Development Project - Downtown Mixed Use Development Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont and LDDA are issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified developers to complete the design and to construct a mixed use development with associated parking and public plaza in Downtown Longmont containing approximately a net gain of 150 parking stalls and a mix of retail, residential and office space and a public plaza. The net new parking spaces should be based on meeting the practical needs of the mixed use facility as well as any applicable city parking requirements. The 300 block contains 47,300 sq ft that will be offered to the private sector as one of several incentives to accomplish the project. 

Pre-proposal conference will be held on September 13, 2007, at 2:00 pm. Attendance is optional.
