IFB-PJ-1004 - Dry Creek Community Park

Summary of Specifications:
The work will generally consist of but will not be limited to construction and installation of Community Park and Recreation facilities including the following items: Athletic fields, playgrounds, recreation trails, restroom building, wetlands mitigation, irrigation pump station, drainage drop structures and various landscape elements. The work will require site grading and drainage, concrete, crusher fines, and asphalt pavements, concrete walls and curbing, boulder drop structures, concrete box culverts, pedestrian channel crossings, lawns, landscaping and planting, fencing, irrigation, electrical and site lighting, buildings, and utilities for Dry Creek Community Park Phase I as indicated on the Drawings and in these specifications. All construction shall be performed in accordance with these specifications.
