RFQ-VS-18019 - Evaluate and Repair Public Address & Sound System

The City of Longmont Senior Services division seeks quotes on a time and materials basis for a company to evaluate and then repair, replace if necessary, and/or add to the components of the current public address and sound system in the gym and dining room at the Senior Center. The target outcome of the project is a solution that has excellent sound, is easy to use, and has a long lifespan. For new equipment that may be necessary, we do not require a specific brand. We would like to re-use existing equipment to the greatest extent feasible; and to the degree that such equipment will contribute to the goals of the project. Response requirements for the quote are outlined in Section IV of the RFP.
