ONLY BIDS FROM PRE-QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS VIA SOQ-DW-14043 SHALL BE ACCEPTED. LPC is requesting responses to the Request for Bids (RFB) for materials management, outside plant construction and technical services to construct a city-wide fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) network.
