Summary of Specifications:
The City Attorney’s Office’s (“CAO”) current file tracking, reporting and timekeeping systems (collectively, the “Existing System”) are Microsoft Excel spreadsheets that are obsolete, unstable, and no longer meet CAO’s needs. CAO seeks to replace those spreadsheets with a new software application that will enable CAO to efficiently manage all of these functions through a single user-friendly interface, and to add functionality to increase the productivity of the office.
