Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont is requesting quotes for qualified consultants to undertake a Housing Market and Needs Analysis for the City. The City is interested in exploring the affordable workforce housing needs of the community in order to determine 1) if there is a need for additional affordable housing in Longmont, and if there is, 2) what should be the government’s role and, 3) what should be the community’s role in providing this housing. The target date for completion of the Study is no later than 6 weeks from contract approval/signature, hopefully on or before April 30, 2012.
