RFP-DW-14085 - IFB-DW-14085 Auto Body Repair Services

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Priced Proposals from qualified contractors, as a result of which a contract may be established allowing the City of Longmont to receive auto body repair services in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained herein. 

The City of Longmont required the successful contractor’s facility be located within the City limits of Longmont to facilitate transport distance and reduce staff time in delivery and pickup of vehicles for estimates and repair. 

The selected contractor will also be utilized to streamline the estimate and repair process for non-city vehicles which may be damaged in accidents by City equipment or with City vehicles. These services may include having the vehicle towed to the repair facility, estimating damage, arranging for a rental vehicle, and effecting repairs on the damaged vehicle.
