RFP-TK-1528 - INTEGRATED TREATED WATER SUPPLY MASTER PLAN

Summary of Specifications:
The goals of the Integrated Treated Water Supply Master Plan are: 1. Evaluate near and long term drinking water quality regulations and taste and odor problems and develop recommendations for drinking water treatment options. Identify alternatives for future improvements at the existing WTPs that will be needed to address anticipated regulations. 2. Identify and develop integrated options that include drinking water treatment and/or drinking water bulk supply, raw water storage and delivery facilities, and treated water transmission and storage facilities and conduct a risk assessment of the options. 3. Develop life cycle costs for all the viable options identified. 4. Develop a Capital Improvement Program for the selected drinking water supply option that includes the associated raw and treated water transmission and storage facilities, and provide a budgetary cost for planning, design and construction and a schedule of implementing the improvements. 5. Evaluate the St. Vrain Watershed and the CBT raw water supply and provide recommendations to protect, maintain and improve raw water quality. Discuss the relationship between watershed and source water quality and treatment and provide guidance to addressing source water quality and treated water quality.
