Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont (City) requests proposals for a licensed Engineer experienced in the design and construction of public infrastructure and commercial buildings to represent the City and review, approve and certify infrastructure and building costs as part of the City’s agreement with a Developer for the redevelopment of the aging Twin Peaks Mall. The 60-acre redevelopment, dubbed “Village at the Peaks”, will involve the demolition of an existing enclosed mall to make way for an open air regional retail center that will include a new 12-screen movie theater, Sam’s Club, Whole Foods grocery store and additional restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
