IFB-MD-14075-F - LONGMONT DAM ROAD AND LONGMONT RESERVOIR 2013 FLOOD REPAIR PROJECT

Summary of Specifications:
**IMPORTANT NOTE** Attendence at the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit/Job Walk is MANDATORY. Only bidders that attend both of these events will be allowed to submit bids for this project. . The work to be performed under this contract consists of reconstructing gravel roads in mountainous terrain and repairs to Longmont Reservoir appurtenances. Portions of the Longmont Dam Road and several culverts were washed out during the September 2013 Flood. Flood damaged sections of road have been reconstructed to an interim condition. It is the intent of this project to construct the final road improvements. The work shall include, but shall not be limited to: site preparation; gravel roadway construction, construction of CSP and concrete culverts; the placement of structural and non-structural fills; riprap; erosion control; final grading; reservoir repairs; and site restoration of any areas disturbed by the construction. The work shall also consist of Longmont Reservoir repairs including, but not limited to: concrete weir repair and replace slide gates; replace sluice gate; repair inlet pipe; replace platform; and repair batter boards at Longmont Dam. The Contractor shall supply all superintendence, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
