Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont is seeking the services of a qualified General Contractor to secure and install a pre-cast concrete restroom facility at the City of Longmont’s Lake McIntosh District Park per the provided site plan and facility specifications provided by the City’s Parks and Forestry Division. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE and job walk will be held at 11 a.m. December 28, 2007, at the Service Center, 1100 South Sherman St., Longmont, CO 80501. The estimated cost of this project is $60,000.
