Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking proposals from individuals or firms qualified to provide land acquisition services on an as needed basis. The awarded proposer(s) will coordinate title research, title insurance commitments, and title insurance policies with title companies approved by the City. Awarded proposer(s) will also work with appraisers, negotiate easements and/or property acquisitions with property owners, etc. Land Agents who are prequalified by CDOT to conduct land acquisition services will be given preferential consideration.
