Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking landscaping contractors to handle a range of landscape services on an on-call, as needed basis. The majority of the landscape services will be restoration of an existing area. While some new landscape projects may be awarded under this contract, no individual job under this contract shall exceed $50,000.00. The City intends to award to multiple contractors for this as-needed work. Includes Seeding, Sodding, Weed Control, Irrigation, Planting, Landscape Rock, Fencing.
