Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed includes replacement of the playground, surfacing and miscellaneous site work at Lanyon Park. Work includes earthwork, subgrade preparation, installation of new playground equipment, playground surfacing, playground sand, concrete playground curbing, concrete flatwork, landscape boulders, drainage piping, gravel sump, landscape, and minor turf and irrigation adjustments adjacent to the work zone. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
