The City of Longmont wishes to lease the building located at 116 S. Main Street, Longmont, Colorado, 80501. The City purchased this building along with adjacent buildings and land in 2009. The City’s master plan includes extension of Boston Avenue in this area within the next 3 to 5 years. The City is offering to lease this building up until that time. The term of the resulting lease will be at least 3 years with the option to renew for 1-year increments until such time as the City will require the building to be vacated.
