IFB-TK-1026 - Longmont Downtown Alley Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the demolition and reconstruction of alleys, breezeways and parking lots with coordination between the contractor and underground utility companies to install underground utilities in conjunction with demolition and excavation activities. This involves placement of asphalt, concrete, permeable and non-permeable concrete unit pavers, stormwater infrastructure, lighting, and landscape improvements. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
